The Balobi Story
FROM HUMBLE BEGINNINGS TO INTERNATIONAL ACCLAIM
Our story began in the 70’s. Back then our founder, Anton Viljoen started a small fishing business on the back of ski and deck boats.
Today the group comprises of 15 Commercial fishing vessels and 2 processing, ice plant and cold storage facilities which is collectively known as the Balobi Group. Balobi operates out of St. Francis Bay Harbour in the South Eastern part of South Africa.
